MacKenzie Shaughnessy is an Illustrator from New England, and a graduate of University of Hartford. She has been awarded the Marion Tetlow award and has featured in the 2022 Goldfarb Exhibition. Throughout many years of practice and constant creating, MacKenzie discovered a knack for drawing classic vehicles. While her passion for automotive takes the stage in many of her pieces, MacKenzie also loves working on portraiture as well as the figure.
The majority of her work is digital, though she works with watercolors and oils as well. On top of Illustration, she is also a tattoo apprentice learning to translate her style to skin. Art is not just a passion for her, but a lifestyle that she lives day to day.
Recently, MacKenzie has created tour posters for California based singer La Doña, illustrated an event poster for Yessica Salgado and has her work displayed in Sal Vulcano’s Podcasts.
